1. Orders & Payments
Q1: How can I place an order?
A1: Simply browse our products, select the item(s) you want, add them to your cart, and complete checkout on our secure website.
Q2: What payment methods do you accept?
A2: We accept all major credit/debit cards and secure third-party payment methods, including PayPal. All payments are processed securely.
Q3: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A3: Orders are processed quickly. Please contact service@futavion.com or call (+1) 845‑271‑6898 immediately if you need to modify or cancel. We cannot guarantee changes once processing has started.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Q4: How long will it take to receive my order?
A4: Standard shipping in the USA typically takes 3–7 business days. Expedited shipping takes 1–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier or weather delays.
Q5: Can I track my order?
A5: Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Q6: Do you ship internationally?
A6: Currently, Futavion ships to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping may be available in the future.

Q7: Are Futavion products safe for my car’s paint and glass?
A7: Yes. All products are designed to be scratch-free and gentle on all vehicle surfaces, including paint, glass, and chrome.
Q8: Can I use the products on SUVs or larger vehicles?
A8: Absolutely. Our tools, including extendable mops and figure-8 sponges, are designed for vehicles of all sizes.
Q9: How do I properly care for my Futavion products?
A9: Rinse products after each use and allow them to air dry. For microfiber items, wash with mild detergent, avoiding fabric softeners.

Q10: What is your return policy?
A10: Futavion offers returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in original packaging. Personalized or custom items are not eligible unless defective.
